Chad has a proven background in residential real estate including rentals and sales. As a former restaurant owner and Communications strategist, he is an expert in branding and marketing. Prior to RF Partners Group, Chad was a residential sales director and recruiting manager at Compass Realty where he focused on recruiting and new sales. Before leading his team, he spent 2 years with EXR brokerage, as a Top 10 agent in the New Developments division. Chad holds a Master’s degree in Communications and Corporate Public Relations.
